We act as a marketplace intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We list domains for informational and commercial purposes only. The presence of a domain listing does not constitute an endorsement of its value, nor a guarantee of its availability or transferability.
3. Marketplace Disclaimer
dn.market is a listing and negotiation platform. We: • Do not guarantee the completion of any transaction • Do not guarantee the accuracy of domain valuations • Are not responsible for third-party registrar processes • Do not hold funds in escrow (unless explicitly stated) • Cannot guarantee domain transfer timelines All prices listed are asking prices set by sellers. Final transaction prices are subject to negotiation and mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
4. Negotiation Responsibility
All negotiations conducted through dn.market's messaging system are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. By using our negotiation features, you agree that: • You will negotiate in good faith • You will not use the platform to mislead, defraud, or harm other parties • Any agreement reached is between buyer and seller directly • dn.market bears no responsibility for failed negotiations or disputes • You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding domain transactions
5. Intellectual Property
All content on dn.market — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, code, logos, and the dn.market brand itself — is the intellectual property of dn.market and protected by applicable copyright laws. Domain names listed on the platform remain the property of their respective sellers until a transaction is completed and documented transfer occurs. The listing of a domain name on our platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to dn.market or to any visitor. If you believe a listing infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at legal@dn.market.
6. User Conduct
Users of dn.market agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent domain listings • Use the platform for any illegal purpose • Attempt to circumvent platform security measures • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission • Impersonate any person or entity Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dn.market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of dn.market shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
